​I am a Lecturer in Digital Media and Culture Education in the Department of Digital Humanities at King’s College London. My research examines the political economy and governance of communication technologies and infrastructure, with a particular focus on developing countries, postcolonial thought and digital inequality.

My work moves between academia, public writing and contemporary culture, asking how the infrastructures and technologies that organise everyday life also shape our economies, cultures and ideas of the future.
